What is mesotherapy:
Mesotherapy gets its name because of its application in the intermediate tissue between the epidermis and the subcutaneous fat, i.e. the subcutaneous tissue. Injectable mesotherapy is applied at regular intervals to the face or body and is combined with other treatments (peeling, laser).
What is Jalupro:
Jalupro & Jalupro HMW are injectable solutions of Swiss origin extremely rich in Amino Acids (glycine, L-proline, L-Lysine, L-leucine) and Hyaluronic acid. In this way, they ensure the proliferation of fibroblasts, activate Neo-collagenogenesis, as well as reducing the rate of collagen degradation, helping to produce Growth Factors. They also activate the metabolic activity of fibroblasts, stimulating the production and synthesis of new collagen, as well as reducing the rate of collagen degradation, thus ensuring the maintenance of optimal skin moisture levels due to water absorption, creating “molecular scaffolds” , resulting in the skin becoming much more elastic.

Jalupro restores radiance and firmness to dull skin, prevents and reduces sagging skin (face and body), reduces fine lines and expression marks, prevents collagen degradation, improves the appearance of scars (even of acne) and stretch marks.

Post-treatment instructions:
Sun protection at the treatment site when exposed to the sun for at least 15 days (SPF 50).
The treatment steps:
STEP 1
Before each treatment we take pictures of the patient’s face.
STEP 2
We clean the patient’s skin of any dirt and make-up, with a cleansing emulsion. With Octenisept Spray we achieve skin antisepsis.
STEP 3
If necessary, we draw with a white pencil the area where the injection of Jalupro will take place in order to have some boundaries.
STEP 4
We prepare our tray in which we have put gloves, a disposable mask, gauzes, saline, 2-3 luer lock syringes 1ml, 31G mesotherapy needles, 1 18G needle for aspiration of the material.
STEP 5
Dissolve the flacon of Jalupro with its solvent found in the package. In some cases, if the Doctor deems it necessary, some units of Botox (Jalubotox) may be added to the solution.
STEP 6
We make sure that the solution is ready and start drawing the solution into the syringes.
STEP 7
We start injecting the material into the skin with intradermal injections creating pulps (between the epidermis and the subcutaneous tissue).
STEP 8
Finally, we clean the skin with a dab and give instructions for the next few hours.
STEP 9
The pulp within the next few hours will be completely absorbed. Maybe there will be some swelling, which will subside in the next few days.
STEP 10
After the patient leaves, we carefully dispose of the needles in the sharps and clean the room.
STEP 11
We pass the treatment information to the patient’s tab.
